What is the difference between system administrator and Windows system user classified as administrator. A question that is asked very often, because as an administrator you have to switch to administrative mode in order to carry out certain more or less system-specific tasks. Here is a quick answer to this authorized administrator vs. system administrator question.

The system administrator does not have to go into administrative mode

because the security settings are predefined completely differently and the user does not have to confirm the change when switching to  administrative mode, or rather, the system administrator under Windows always works in administrative mode.

You can use the Windows user account control to deactivate the confirmation text or message to confirm the change to the  administrative mode, so that the standard administrator no longer has to confirm the  administrative mode .
