Block audio devices under Windows 11 for applications!

1.) Via sound options in the Windows settings!

First, you need to open Sound Options in Windows Settings. Press Windows + i keys and navigate to System > Sound. You can also right-click on the loudspeaker symbol in your system tray and open "Sound Settings"

On the properties page for the audio device, look for the "Output" option in the System > Sound section, then click on "Loudspeakers / headphones"   and the "Do not allow" button 

 
Scroll down to "Advanced Sound Options" and click it.
 
Here you can see a list of active apps and their respective sound output. You can control the volume of each application individually and also change the output device.
 
To block an application from accessing a specific audio device, click the drop-down list next to the application and select "None."
 
This will block the application's audio output and will not play sounds from the selected audio device.
 
Note that these settings only apply to Windows apps and some desktop applications that Windows recognizes. It is possible that some applications have their own audio settings that work independently of Windows settings.
