There aren't many keyboard shortcuts you can use in the rich text editor, here's a quick overview!

Standard keyboard shortcuts in the rich text editor!

Ctrl + C
Copy selected text

Ctrl + V
Paste text from clipboard

Ctrl + Shift + V
Paste unformatted text from the clipboard

Ctrl + X

Cut out the selected text and place it on the clipboard

Ctrl + Z

Undo Last Action (Back)

Ctrl + Y

Redo action (only works after undo Ctrl + Z)

Ctrl + A
Select all text

Text format keyboard shortcuts

Ctrl + U

Underline or remove underline

Ctrl + I

Italic text

Ctrl + B

Bold letters or marked text

List item to format! << Not in all editors

To format a paragraph as a list item, type the appropriate abbreviation followed by a space at the beginning of the paragraph:
