HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\PendingFileRenameOperations
In this registry key the files are renamed, deleted, moved, ... but without the necessary knowledge it is not that easy. You have to consider the correct order when deleting the files, otherwise the deletion won't work on restart!
