Portable use and Windows 10/11 protected folders problem!
Under Windows 10 or 11, when Windows Defender Folder Protection is turned on, there are problems with deploying the portable version!
Some users who do not know that Portable programs save the settings in the working directory and this is not always possible with Windows 10 and enabled Defender Folder Protection, because some user run the QuickTextPaste program from the desktop.

The portable applications saves the working directory settings, please do not use folders with folder protection in Windows 10, otherwise the settings can not be saved.
