The solution to set WinScan2PDF
so that the PDF file is not automatically opened after saving!
If you do not want to auto open the PDF file after saving with the default windows program - Simply change the option in WinScan2PDF eg deactivate open the PDF file after saving. (from version 3.61)
Menu ► Options ► Open automatically after Save to PDF
I'm using the great win scan to pdf on Windows 10 Professional. When I save a document as a PDF file, the PDF document is automatically opened and displayed in WinScan2PDF with the Adobe PDF Reader. Now it saves the document as a PDF, but WinScan2PDF does not start the Adobe PDF Reader and displays the saved PDF file. The relationship is fine, when I click on a PDF document, it opens the sheet in the Reader. I have found a solution to this WinScan2PDF problem and can not figure out how WinScan2PDF should not open the newly saved PDF document as before.
Win Scan 2 PDF User-2:
I create some PDF files and that all day to save and print to them. After updating last week I downloaded the new version and then the pdf was automatically opened in Adobe Reader 11.0.10. Now they will not open anymore, and I have to open them manually, but it was much nicer when they opened themselves.
