Reduce waiting time when shut down the Windows 11, 10, .. etc.!

The solution is very simple to shorten waiting times when shutting down Windows 11, 10, ... etc., which is caused by the running services!

As a rule, the result is that the WaitToKillServiceTimeout value   in the registry is too high.

Some services take a long time to stop! The WaitToKillServiceTimeout value in Windows is usually preset to 20 seconds (or 20,000 milliseconds), in Windows-11 it is 5,000 msec., I.e. 5 seconds.

If you shorten this value, for example to 2 seconds, Windows only waits 2 seconds for the services to be stopped! After the time has elapsed, these are compulsorily terminated!

Content / solution / tips:
1.) ... Changing the value WaitToKillServiceTimeout via cmd!
2.) ... Changing the WaitToKillServiceTimeout value via the registry editor!
