1. Use for example the keyboard shortcut [Windows Logo] + [E] and select the file.

2. Via right click open the context menu [... see Image 1 Arrow-1]. 

3. Choose Open with [... see Image 1 Arrow-2] and Choose default program ... [... see Image 1 Arrow-3].

4. Please check the mark in the checkbox "Use this app for all *.??? files" [... see Image 1 Arrow-4].

5. Choose default program or app for this file type [... see Image 1 Arrow-4].
