Q-Dir is an alternative file explorer for Windows. It offers some additional features and customization options compared to the standard Windows File Explorer. In Q-Dir you can also create favorites for quick access to frequently used folders. How to create favorites in Q-Dir:
Q-Dir is a free file manager for Windows that allows users to view up to four folder windows at the same time. Favorites are a useful feature in Q-Dir that allows you to open frequently used folders quickly and easily.
Use favorites for folders that you use frequently, such as: B. for your desktop, your documents, your music and your pictures.

Favorites does not just open the favorite folder in a tab it closes the rest of the tabs I have open. Is there way to keep existing tabs open? I unchecked everything in the save favorites dialog but same behaviour.

One suggestion I have is to have the ability to have a side window for bookmarks and shortcuts. A single click in this window will open the shortcut in the currently active tab. Cubic explorer has this feature which is very handy, but it does not have split windows.
