MS Paint has changed significantly with Windows 11 and 12 – the design has been modernized, features have been rearranged, and the user experience is drifting further away from the original Windows XP version.
With every update, new features are added that seem more suited to a vector program rather than a simple drawing tool. As a result, the focus on pure pixel editing is increasingly being lost.
PaintOkay brings back that original focus – fast, lightweight, and without unnecessary extras.

I was never a fan of the new extra features in MS Paint, as tasks like these are better handled in a proper vector graphics program. There's a risk that the focus on core features will be completely lost, turning MS Paint into something that no one truly wants to use.
With the upcoming end of support for Windows 10 and the growing changes in MS Paint on Windows 11 and 12, PaintOK stays true to its original purpose and provides a simple, fast, and efficient solution for precise pixel editing.
