What is a computer time?

The computer time is the set time on the computer, this is also used to set file times, folder times, but is not a fixed value and can be changed at any time!

Computer time can be changed on any operating system, however most operating systems are designed to be synchronized with a time server over the internet, this was not previously the case. The computer also has no sense of time, if you have an offline computer and you change the time to 1980, that is the corresponding year on that computer. However, modern programs force the user to go online to activate the system and program, and are sometimes time-bound. Which in turn forces us to set the time correctly!

Time manipulation is not desired by governments, corporations, the judiciary , etc. They make it difficult to control the system!
