Both the separate 'readme' files were also IDENTICAL. So...what difference would it make in HOW you copy or install the separate installer vs. portable files? Why would you have to have people download separate 'installer' and 'portable' .zip files at all when they are the exact same thing? The ONLY differences I found were in the file NAMES. The other possibility is that someone accidentally loaded the wrong files into either the 'portable' or 'installer' .zip files. Also, given the executable files are identical, the instructions in the 'readme' files don't make sense.?
