Get battery health from command line?


If necessary, you can simply have the battery status determined via the command line under all modern Windows 11, 10, ... desktop operating systems, why not!




With very little effort you can determine the battery status and other information with a simple command. The energy report in Windows 11, 10, ... can tell you how much the capacity has decreased over time and what bugs or misconfigured settings are affecting the battery life!

1.) Start analysis of energy efficiency!

1. Start the energy efficiency report via PowerShell in admin mode  

2. Command  powercfg / energy

The test takes about 60 seconds, then you can open it!

Can simply be opened via the Run dialog

and scroll to the item:  Battery:Battery information
